Cookie Policy for nexvork.ai and the Nexvork app
This page lists the cookies, local storage and analytics tags used on the nexvork.ai website, in the Nexvork web app at app.nexvork.ai and in the Nexvork mobile app for Android and iOS — what each one does, who sets it, how long it lasts and how you can control it.
Strictly necessary storage, the chat assistant, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel on the website, session cookies in the app, and the mobile app.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser so it can recognise you between page loads. Local storage works in a similar way but is read only by the site that wrote it. Tags and pixels are small scripts or images that report a visit to an analytics or advertising provider. Nexvork Innovation Pvt. Ltd. uses all three in the limited ways described below, and never inside your CRM workspace for advertising. Personal data collected through them is handled under our Privacy Policy and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
2. Strictly necessary cookies and storage
These keep the site and the app working and cannot be switched off. They do not track you across other websites.

3. Analytics and advertising tags on the website
To understand which pages are useful and whether our ads reach the right businesses, nexvork.ai may load the following tags through Google Tag Manager. They run only on the marketing website, never inside a CRM workspace, and they never see Customer Data.

Google and Meta process this data under their own privacy policies and may transfer it outside India. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses. We do not use these tools to identify a named person, and we do not sell the data. These tags load when you open the site, and a notice tells you so — choosing Decline records your choice and stops them from loading on your later visits.
4. Cookies inside the Nexvork app
The web app at app.nexvork.ai uses only the strictly necessary cookies listed above, plus local storage for preferences such as your chosen list view, theme and language. We do not run advertising tags inside the app. Product usage inside a workspace is recorded in our own audit and usage logs, described in the Privacy Policy, not by third-party cookies.
5. Third-party cookies
A few partners set cookies when you use their features:
- Payment gateway — on checkout and invoice pages, for fraud prevention.
- Google Fonts — the website loads its fonts from Google. Google may log the request; it sets no cookie.
- Meta — if you click through to WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram, their sites use their own cookies.
- Embedded maps or videos, where a page includes them, may set cookies from their provider when you interact with them.
6. The mobile app
The Nexvork mobile app for Android and iOS does not use browser cookies. It stores a login token and your preferences on the device and may use the platform's push notification service to deliver reminders. Logging out or uninstalling the app clears this data from the device.
7. How to control cookies
- Your browser settings let you view, block or delete cookies for nexvork.ai and app.nexvork.ai. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop the app from working.
- Opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, or turn off ad personalisation in your Google account.
- Manage Meta advertising preferences in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
- Clearing site data for nexvork.ai removes the stored
nexvork-cookie-consentchoice, so the notice appears again on your next visit. - Marketing emails carry an unsubscribe link. WhatsApp marketing from a business stops when you reply STOP or ask that business to remove you.
8. WhatsApp and messaging are not cookies
Messages a business exchanges with its customers through the WhatsApp Business API, AI assistant conversations on WhatsApp and voice agent calls are not cookies. They are Customer Data handled under the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service, and the business you are dealing with is responsible for your opt-in.
9. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when we add, remove or change a cookie or tag, and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes are announced in our release notes or by email to registered users. Refunds and cancellations are unaffected by cookie choices — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
